Does my FetchHub needs batteries or charged?

No. FetchHub is powered by the users phone.

 

How long does my FetchTag last for?

We guarantee it will last 10,000 taps/scans or we will give you your money back. Our systems keep records of this for proof.

 

Do I decide what data and information goes on to my FetchTag?

Yes, when you receive your FetchTag you will be asked to fill in the fields that will be displayed to the public. All of these fields are optional and it is your decision to upload them to our website and give anyone access to it through your unique FetchTag URL/page.

 

Do I have to include my personal name as the pet owner on the FetchTag?

No. This is optional. But it will reduce your chances of you being contacted if your pet is found by a member of the public and/or your pet being returned to you.

 

Do I have to include my address on the FetchTag?

No. This is optional. But it will reduce your chances of you being contacted if your pet is found by a member of the public and/or your pet being returned to you.

 

Do I have to include my picture or pets picture on the FetchTag?

No. This is optional. But it will reduce your chances of you being contacted if your pet is found by a member of the public and/or your pet being returned to you.

Can I update my FetchTag if my details change?

No. Our FetchTag technology does not offer this capability or option as a means of eliminating imposters or impersonators pretending to be you or owning your FetchTag. Security of you and your pets information is our priority.

 

Can I have two personal contact numbers on my FetchTag?

No. We only allow the processor to upload their personal details. This is inline with GDPR guidelines.

 

How long does it take for customer service to get back to me?

We try our best to get back to you between 2 - 3 Days.

Delivery Rates

Note that regular shipping times listed below do not apply during the Covid 19 period. We are still shipping our online orders regularly and adhering to all guidelines, but as couriers are experiencing significant backlogs some deliveries have taken up to 15 days in the current climate.

UK Standard Delivery (3 – 5 days): €2.99

ROI Standard Delivery (3-5 days): 5.00

Rest of World Standard Delivery (Up to 7 days): €12.99

All orders are processed and delivered on working days only (Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays).

The following section details how our customers can return goods purchased from the website shopping cart and how refunds are calculated dependent on the cause for return.

Returns & Refunds

We hope that you love your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any Product in its original condition for a full refund within 14 calendar days from delivery.

If you have not received your order then please contact our returns department on info@fetchtags.com.

If the Products you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the Products or offer you a refund. Please contact us to arrange this.

If you have changed your mind and are unable to cancel your order before it reaches our warehouse (as described above), you may still cancel your order but will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the Products to us. Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the Products to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the Products, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.

 

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days of the day on which we received the returned Products. We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.
